Twice elected city councilor for the City of West Linn. Currently city council President.

Instrumental in uncovering the largest public embezzlement of public funds in Oregon.

Helped lead the City of West Linn from a position of financial disaster to an award-winning budget, restored municipal bond rating, and sustainable roadway maintenance funding focus.

Facilitated funding for and installation of a sidewalk under a highway by-pass allowing for safe passage for adults and children using this heavily traveled portion of the road.

Instrumental in creating an annual annexation policy for the City of West Linn so that all annexations to the city would be presented to the voters at one time.

Helped bring additional funds for survivors of domestic and sexual violence to Clackamas County.

Created a non-profit executive directors network in Clackamas County.

Led effort to bring more services for survivors of domestic and sexual violence into rural parts of Clackamas County.

As a citizen review board member kept an eye over children in the State foster care system ensuring that the children’s interests were always focused on.

As Executive Director, revised compensation plan to ensure social service staff were compensated commensurate with other industries to reflect the true worth of the work being done.

As Corporate Privacy Officer, I led a two-year $4 million corporate privacy initiative, overseeing activities of 200+ employees across four states to ensure compliance with federal and state privacy laws in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA).

As a Business Consultant, I led large and difficult software development project at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon to create a new health insurance group rating, renewal and quoting system. Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon so impressed with work, hired me as a full-time employee to lead their corporate privacy initiative.

As Operations Manager, I created and led first medical bill payment, customer service and enrollment department focused on workers compensation recipients. Created framework and hired personnel within a two month deadline to comply with state awarded business contract.
